Product Review: Leather from ASOS

After searching for a pleated leather skirt in every corner of the internet, I found myself going back to a sweet leather skirt on ASOS that sounded too cheap to be decent. I ordered it anyway and I am glad I did. I loved it. Since I had so much good luck with the skirt, I also ordered the leather sleeved top I had my eyes on as well. Here is my feedback:

I bought the skirt in Navy, which is such a nice break from black. The leather is soft and it was longer than I expected. It runs true to size, maybe a little big so if you are routinely between sizes, order down. This skirt now comes in a tan color that may be on my list for spring.

Given my luck with the skirt, I order this leather sleeve top that I had seen on another blog. I don't plan on wearing the two together, a little too middle-aged biker for me. The top however, is adorable. When I see a photo like this, I worry that it would be too short and the sleeves would probably be very narrow. Neither is the case. I can wear it with my regular jeans without showing any jiggly bits! Like the skirt, the top looks much more expensive than it is, even with the fabric back to the shirt. I think it is such a fresh look for the spring. I am planning on wearing it with white jeans to welcome in our warm February.

ASOS also has a great return policy with no shipping fees either way. So after 3 orders from ASOS, I am sold. If you see something cute, take the risk!
